Chain Stitch and Lazy Daisy Stitch

Chain stitchChain stitch

Bring the needle through the surface of the fabric. Insert the needle
back into the fabric close from where it came out but not into the same hole, now bring the needle back to the surface at the desirable distance, loop the thread under the
tip and pull the needle through until the loop lies loose against the emerging
thread. Continuous the same way until you reach desirable length of the chain and
secure the last chain with a small straight stitch.

Work in the same way as the Chain Stitch but this time the loops are worked from a center point and each loop is secured with a small straight stitch to form a flower.
